Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Return & Exchange Policy:

We guarantee the products you purchase from Bonsai Distribution will be of high quality and will reach you in good condition. If they don’t or you are not completely satisfied with them for some other reason, please return the items to us (within 14 days of receipt) and we will replace the products. In the event that we are unable to replace the goods (eg. If the product is discontinued) we will supply a Credit.

• If you change your mind about goods that you’ve purchased from us, we will happily exchange them for other products within our range to the same value, providing the returned goods are in saleable condition and are not special request items. (within 14 days of receipt)

Please email us at before returning any product and we will send you the postal address for the return.

• Postage expenses are not subject to refund unless the product was damaged when it reached you, there was a quality issue or if we shipped the wrong item to you. If so, we will absorb the costs to send you the replacement item. We will process exchanged items within 2-5 business days.


We offer 12 months warranty from date of purchase on all of our products against defects in material and workmanship *

If an item is faulty we would ask for the proof of purchase and request that you send a photo to us. At this stage we may ask for the product to be returned so we can further see what the problem is. All defective items returned for warranty services will be replaced/repaired at our discretion.

*Please Note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear  or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, clasp, etc.). It is important for customers to follow the wash care instructions on the products label and view our care guide here.
